ORDERING INFORMATION


How do I order online?

Ordering online is easy and safe.

Our website will walk you through placing an order,but here's a preview.

1. Use our search bar or browse by department to find the item you want.
2. Click on the item you want.
3. Read the information on the product page and choose among available size and customization options for that item.
4. When you're done, click add to cart.
5. You can adjust quantities from the shopping cart.
6. Check your order carefully, then click the Check Out button.
7. Enter your shipping information. Select a shipping type and click Apply to view your order total and then Continue.
8. Enter your payment information and any coupon or gift certificate codes you want to use and then Continue.
Your card will not be charged at this step.
9. Check your order carefully, then Submit your order.

Do I have to order online?

We welcome orders by email. You can send your order list to the customer service.

How do I change my order?

You can change or cancel your order at any time before it enters the shipping process.
Please contact a customer service online chat or send email to the customer service as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order.
If you do not receive a response from us by email to confirm the order change, we probably have not made the changes.
We cannot change, cancel, or correct your order in any way after it has entered our shipping process.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?

Please contact us if your order does not arrive as expected.
The item might lost on the shipping way. We will reship new package for free.

Do you accept customized teamwear orders?

We welcome team and corporate orders and are pleased to be able to offer volume discounts.
We realize that your uniforms speak volumes about your team, which is why your on-field image is our primary concern.
Together with our professional staff of artists, your representative will work with you to create the exact personality and look for your team.
Whether you choose from our collection of house logos, or create your own masterpiece, we will work with you to ensure your team looks as good as they can be.

Can I place an order for my retail business?

We welcome corporate orders and are pleased to be able to offer volume discounts on our jersey price.
Please contact us by email.
We do not function as a wholesale distributor for any of the items we sell.


Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 5 to 15 business days.
The following in-house processing procedures will postpone the shipping of your order: customizations, back-order, and special-order.
Your entire order shipping will follow how many shirts in your order,
Usually every shipping less than 15 shirts or 3kg,over 15 shirts or 3kg we will add one more shipping.
 
May I ship to a post office box or private box address?

When you add PO Box shipping address we can only ship use China Post.

Is any of your merchandise restricted in my country?

All countries regulate the quantities and varieties of items that can be imported.
Sports apparel is not generally considered a restricted item, but please check with your local customs agency before ordering.

May I return an item?

Please contact us before returning an item for an estimate of your return shipping charges.

What should I do if I am missing an item or if I received a defective or incorrect item?

Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly.
Just contact us, and we will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible.
We can usually reship new jersey for free.

 
RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to us in 30 days from the receipt of the parcel to get a full refund.
No matter for which reason you are not happy with your purchase.
Please feel free to contact us first and ship the item to the right address in marketable condition.

(We only accept the returned jerseys without customize badge、name or number)


What else?

1. You may return your purchase to us up to 30 days from the receipt date.
2. Products must be in marketable condition and in the original box and/or packaging.
3. For used items, we provide you with limited 30-day warranty. After that, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy.
4. Once we receive your returned parcel, it will be checked by our fulfillment center.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2 days.
5. Please contact us to avoid any delays in processing your refund.

How to maintenance your jersey?

1. Many details of jersey shirt & shorts are Hot-Transfer printed,we suggest you should wash by hand.
Cause machine wash will damaged the printed. If you use a machine to wash,please turn the jerseys inside out.
2. Please do not wash the printed or stamped area too hard and avoid exposure the jerseys in the sun for long time. Beside,When you do not wear it please hand up the jesey.
3. If the printed peel off,Please make the jersey flat,cover the letters & numbers with clean & non-stick plastic paper or stencil, iron it with 150° in 7-8 seconds,If it do not work,please iron again.
Attention: Please do not iron the printed directly.
